We provide a flexible metering service to match your needs. On our Sandbox Environment, you are given a set amount of credits. However if you need more credits, please consider moving to our Professional Environment or contact email@example.com for more information.
To review your metering details, visit your Project Info page. Here, you can see we meter in several categories:
- Processed Events
- Workflow Credits
The number of users you have is the sum of all your API Basic Users.
Note: Unlike the other meters, the User meter is not reset on a daily basis
If your API call would cause the user meter to go over the limit, it will be rejected.
The events meter tracks the following quantities related to events:
- Events pushed via API (1 credit)
- Events read via API (10 credits)
The sum of these quantities is the value shown by the event meter. The event meter is reset every 24 hours based on the time you signed up.
If your API call would cause the event meter to go over the limit, it will be rejected.
Workflow Events Generated
The Workflow Events Generated meter tracks the number of events generated by your workflows.
The event meter is reset every 24 hours based on the time you signed up.
Once your Workflow Events Generated meter has reached the limit, your workflows will no longer execute until the next reset period.
Workflow credits are used whenever your workflows call M1 workflow library functions. Some functions cost more credits than others; costs for all functions are shown below (any function not listed has 0 cost):
Note: No credits are required to create a workflow
The workflow credit meter is reset every 24 hours based on the time you signed up.
Once your workflow credit meter has reached the limit, your workflows will no longer execute until the next reset period.
